Floral Paintings

Floral paintings are my comfort zone. I absolutely love painting flowers.  I love the vibant colours of the petals against the greens of the leaves, but i also like plants with variegated colours in their leaves and the shapes that the leaves make against the shapes of the flowers.  The delicate petals and the depth of contrasts that you can get between the leaves and the flowers. I hope you can see the love that I have for this subject.
